Icelandic students decide to set the nipple free By Kolbeinn Tumi Daðason 25. mars 2015 20:11 Margrét Erla Maack is only one of many who wants to be able to be topless at her own please. University and high school students in Iceland are setting their nipples free and have declared tomorrow a #FreeTheNipple day at their schools. They feel the nipple on the female body should be allowed to be free like on the male body. A female Icelandic student posted a picture of herself showing her nipple late last night. The posting received criticism from a male user who has since removed his post as has the female student. The criticism started a movement that now sees students at the University of Reykjavik along with three Reykjavik high schools declaring a #FreeTheNipple day tomorrow. Among those who's had enough of rules of society not allowing her to be topless at her own pleasing is TV personality Margret Erla Maack. She's among those who posts a picture, taken by Jeaneen Lund, on Instagram showing the cause support.Updated: Instagram removed the picture so Margret posted it again on Twitter. She's far from the only celebrity to show support online although most people send messages without pictures. Still, many students - male and female - post pictures of nipples hoping that their actions will change the rules of society.
